Anuja Baker

Anuja Baker is a dedicated and conscientious lawyer with over two decades of experience in family law, conveyancing, and wills and estates, based in Bentleigh East. Born in Fiji, Anuja moved to Australia as an international student in 1992 on a scholarship, completing her Bachelor of Laws at the Queensland University of Technology in 1996 followed by a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University in 1997. Throughout her career, Anuja has held various legal roles across government, private practice, and in-house positions. Her career began as a Prosecutor with the Director of Public Prosecutions in Fiji, progressing to advisory roles in insurance litigation with Catholic Church Insurances Limited and family law expertise at Belleli King & Associates. She also provided legal advisory work within the Attorney General's Office in Canberra, with appearances before the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal. In 2009, Anuja established her own practice as a sole practitioner, driven to offer clients a unique experience of quality and professional legal services.
