Peter Apel

Peter Apel is a highly experienced and respected lawyer, admitted as a solicitor since 1989. With degrees in Commerce and Law from the University of Queensland, he holds practising certificates across all Queensland Courts, including the Family Court, Federal Court, and the High Court of Australia. His extensive expertise spans commercial, business, and property law, encompassing land dealings such as subdivisions and boundary realignments, and extends to water allocations and commercial leasing. Peter adeptly handles business, hotel, and rural property transfers, alongside providing robust representation in litigation and offering comprehensive legal advice. Peter has made significant contributions to the legal and broader community. He is a past President and Life Member of the North Qld Law Association, where he represented solicitors from Mackay to the Far North, and has served as a leader and advocate in various capacities such as being the current Chair of Mareeba Shire Job Training Association.
