John Plumidis

John Plumidis, known as JXP, is the Owner and Director of Apollo Law, a practice he founded in 2020. His legal journey began in 2005, starting as a judicial clerk where he honed his legal acumen amidst judges, barristers, and juries. This foundational experience paved the way for a decade-long role as an in-house lawyer for the Commonwealth of Australia, focusing on governance and commercial practice. JXP specialises in commercial disputes and civil litigation, providing strategic advice and representation to individuals and small to medium enterprises. His practice also encompasses a variety of legal areas including government practice, front-end contracting, and occasionally family law matters. Recognised by the ACT Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia, John is well-regarded for his ability to navigate complex legal issues while fostering effective communication. He holds a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies alongside a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the Australian National University, and is a member of the ACT Law Society. As he celebrates 20 years in law in 2026, John remains committed to blending ancient wisdom with modern legal practices.
