She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and is admitted to both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia. Rand has also completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and a Legal Practice Management Course.
