Based in Canberra, Paul has developed a nationally recognised reputation, particularly in the realm of superannuation, where he is sought after for his adept handling of SMSFs and for providing comprehensive advice on the complex facets of superannuation splitting under the Family Law Act.
Before his current role, Paul gained invaluable experience as a Director and Senior Associate Lawyer at Campbell & Co Lawyers, where he further honed his skills in navigating intricate legal challenges. His legal journey began with positions at renowned firms such as Farrar Gesini Dunn, SuperSplitting, Certus Law, Nicholl & Co, and Gain Kent McRae, where he consistently delivered expert superannuation advice to family lawyers and SMSF advisors, and developed sophisticated estate planning strategies involving blended families and testamentary trusts.
Paul's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from The Australian National University. His passion for history is evident in his personal life, as he enjoys exploring historical topics, a love he shares with, albeit sometimes causing eye-rolls from, his family.
