Alexander Simon Lawrence Hairs is the Principal Solicitor at ASH Legal, bringing over seven years of experience in Medical Negligence and Personal Injury law. Since being admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in 2015, he has represented clients across multiple jurisdictions including NSW, Victoria, Queensland, the Australian Capital Territory, and South Australia. Alexander is committed to advocating for his clients’ best interests, known for his clear communication style, patience, and dedication to ensuring clients fully understand the often complex legal and medical issues involved in their cases. His approach reflects a strong focus on personalised client care, recognising the importance of guiding clients through challenging legal processes. He holds dual degrees in Law and Psychology from Macquarie University, a combination that enhances his ability to support clients experiencing personal crises or mental health difficulties. Alexander began his career at a large personal injury practice concentrating on Medical Negligence claims. He later took on senior roles, including Senior Solicitor in Medical Negligence at a leading Sydney law firm, and Practice Manager of the Medical Negligence Division at a respected full-service Western Sydney firm. Beyond his work in personal injury, Alexander’s advocacy extends into criminal, commercial, and wills and estates matters, demonstrating versatility in his legal practice and a comprehensive understanding of diverse client needs.
