Gina Bozinovski

Gina Bozinovski brings over two decades of robust legal expertise, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and corporate law. Her distinguished career encompasses leading roles in private practice at top-tier firms and significant in-house positions as General Counsel and CEO for innovative enterprises, such as a commercial-scale green hydrogen project and a sustainable aviation fuel platform. Notably, Gina was General Counsel at WaterNSW and oversaw external legal services for the Department of Defence. Her transactional acumen extends from SME business sales to large-scale, intricate deals, including the $375M Kidman & Co acquisition and an $83M reverse takeover on the London Stock Exchange. She adeptly navigates both buy and sell-side transactions across diverse sectors like mining, financial services, and telecommunications. Her proficiency in capital raisings—ranging from ASX listings to Series B rounds—highlights her versatility.
