Elias Attia serves as the Principal at Attia Lawyers & Consultants, leading the firm with a comprehensive approach to civil litigation and legal consultation. With expertise spanning employment law, migration law, class actions, family and commercial law, Mr. Attia plays a pivotal role in advising non-profit organisations and government bodies on growth, development, and human rights issues. His legal acumen extends to handling employment disputes, small disputes claims, and business transactions. Since founding the firm in 2016, he has been committed to delivering expert legal services across Sydney. Prior to this, Mr. Attia honed his skills as a Solicitor and Migration Agent, managing complex cases within civil litigation, employment and industrial law, and immigration law. This included appearances before the Fair Work Commission and Federal Court. His early career involved positions at the St George Migrant Resource Centre and the Multicultural Disability Advocacy Association, where he was instrumental in community advocacy and support for clients with disabilities. Mr. Attia's legal journey commenced with roles such as Legal Assistant at Redfern Legal Centre and the High Court of Fiji, and his academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales. He also holds a Bachelor of Science and a Diploma in Innovation Management, reflecting his diverse interests and commitment to integrating innovative business strategies into his practice.
