Adam Bye

Adam Bye is a director at Auslex Lawyers with extensive experience as a legal practitioner and advocate, particularly in court proceedings. He has a strong background in criminal defence, committed to robustly defending clients’ rights. Adam also has substantial expertise in family law, bringing a deep understanding of the legal system to even the most complex family law matters. Holding accreditation in Family Law from the NSW Law Society, Adam has demonstrated high-level knowledge and skill through rigorous assessment processes. Adam’s academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Law with Honours, a Bachelor of Creative Arts with Distinction, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time with his family and is passionate about sports, having engaged in various ball sports throughout his youth. Adam continues to participate actively in rugby and cricket at club level. He is also an avid runner, having completed 16 marathons, and pursues triathlon as a dedicated athlete, with the accomplishment of completing three Ironman competitions.
