Tamsin's profound understanding of Australian immigration law is bolstered by her extensive experience managing nationwide government immigration contracts. She advises on compliant pathways for immigration, ensuring clients receive accurate guidance tailored to their unique circumstances. Previously, Tamsin served as a partner at Australian Presence Legal, a full-service law firm dedicated to delivering independent and trusted legal advice across various sectors. Her responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, joint ventures, and more. She also provided end-to-end e-conveyancing services and handled complex immigration and employment matters. Prior to this role, Tamsin was Head of Onshore Protection at Playfair Visa and Migration Services, where she oversaw the humanitarian department and managed asylum-related cases. Her work involved coordinating nationwide task forces and providing crucial immigration assistance under challenging circumstances. Tamsin also worked at Hooker Attorneys, specialising in insurance litigation and debt collection. Her legal journey began at Ronald Bobroff & Partners as a candidate attorney. Tamsin holds an LLB from the University of Johannesburg and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Bond University in South Africa.
