Nicole Yeaman

Nicole Yeaman, the Principal and Licensed Conveyancer of Auswide Conveyancing, has been guiding clients through property transactions since 1997. Her extensive experience enables her to manage any situation that may arise with professionalism and ease. In 2001, Nicole founded Auswide Conveyancing, where she has developed a diverse practice handling both residential and commercial properties. Her areas of expertise include the purchase and sale of property, commercial properties, transactions involving self-managed super funds, and off-the-plan transactions. Nicole's career has been marked by significant achievements, including her qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer from Macquarie University in 2001. She has been instrumental in handling large multi-lot subdivision sales and purchases off the plan, providing services for both purchasers and vendors. Her contributions to the field were recognised when she became a finalist for the 2018 President's Award from the Australian Institute of Conveyancers. Her tenure as Managing Director of Auswide Conveyancing spans over two decades, where she continues to provide exemplary services from Thirlmere, New South Wales. Before founding her firm, Nicole gained valuable experience working with Bolan & Mahon Solicitors. Her education at Macquarie University laid a strong foundation in conveyancing, contract law, and taxation, equipping her with the expertise necessary to excel in her field.
