In 2001, Nicole founded Auswide Conveyancing, where she has developed a diverse practice handling both residential and commercial properties. Her areas of expertise include the purchase and sale of property, commercial properties, transactions involving self-managed super funds, and off-the-plan transactions. Nicole's career has been marked by significant achievements, including her qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer from Macquarie University in 2001. She has been instrumental in handling large multi-lot subdivision sales and purchases off the plan, providing services for both purchasers and vendors. Her contributions to the field were recognised when she became a finalist for the 2018 President's Award from the Australian Institute of Conveyancers.
