Anthony Ha serves as a Special Counsel in the Commercial and Corporate law practice at Avant Law, based in Sydney. With more than a decade of experience, he provides expert advice to clients across both private and public sectors, covering a comprehensive range of matters including privacy, regulatory enforcement, governance, risk, and compliance. Prior to his tenure at Avant Law, Anthony was a senior legal counsel at a prominent ASX-listed health company with extensive operations in medical and dental centres, allied health, pathology, diagnostic imaging, and more. His diverse legal career also includes serving as a senior lawyer for a leading education provider in New South Wales. Anthony's professional journey commenced at the NSW Crown Solicitor's Office, where he gained invaluable experience as both a solicitor and a paralegal. He further honed his skills at El Khan Legal and First Choice Family Lawyers, gaining early exposure to family law issues.
