Felicity Rafferty, currently a Consultant, has transitioned from her role as a Principal Solicitor at Badgery & Rafferty, where she dedicated many years to providing adept legal services. Her consultancy focuses on Employment and Workplace Relations law, including Discrimination, as well as Commercial Litigation. With a career spanning various sectors including the federal public service, trade unions, and private practice, Felicity has developed a robust expertise in employment and industrial relations law.
