Roderick Badgery is a seasoned principal and commercial lawyer with over 40 years of experience. Since 2010, he has been instrumental in building Badgery & Rafferty alongside Felicity Rafferty, establishing a reputation for being a results-driven practice in commercial law, commercial leasing, property, wills, and estate law. Rod’s extensive experience covers a wide range of legal services tailored to both corporate and private clients. In the commercial sector, Rod has managed numerous transactions involving the sale and purchase of companies, shares, and businesses. His expertise includes drafting shareholder agreements, joint venture arrangements, and supply contracts, as well as advising on trust law. His clientele spans commercial enterprises, private individuals, registered clubs, and not-for-profit entities, all benefiting from his adept handling of commercial contracts and constitutional matters.
