Erwin Sohn brings more than 35 years of legal experience spanning South Africa and Australia to his role as Director of Ballpen Legal. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (B.A. LL.B) and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of South Africa as well as in Western Australia. Erwin is a member of the Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries (MANZCN), reflecting his professional commitment to notarial practice. Throughout his career, Erwin has worked in private practice, held leadership positions in national law firms, and served as a corporate legal director. His extensive experience across these diverse legal environments has shaped his meticulous approach and dedication to client service, which remain central to the ethos of Ballpen Legal.
