About Us
Banco Chambers has established itself as one of Australia's premier barristers' chambers since its inception on 10 March 2005, when it was opened by the Hon. J.J. The Chambers' history of leadership includes esteemed figures such as Justin Gleeson SC, Robert Newlinds SC, and Cameron Moore SC. The expansion in January 2009 marked a significant milestone with the Chambers moving into Chifley Tower and welcoming 15 new junior barristers. Another major development occurred in 2020 with a relocation to two floors at 60 Martin Place, Sydney, adding a further 14 barristers and bolstering its ranks to over 60, including 24 Silks.
