Chris Blaine

Chris Blaine is the Principal at Banditt & Blaine Lawyers, where he leads the firm with a dedication to delivering effective and practical legal solutions. Admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia, Chris is also admitted as both a solicitor and barrister to the High Court of New Zealand. Since January 2024, he has played a central role in shaping the firm’s approach and commitment to client service. Before assuming his current position, Chris gained valuable experience working as a solicitor at Donnelly Law Group, and earlier, at Ian W Bartel's & Associates. These roles allowed him to build strong practical skills and a thorough understanding of legal processes across a range of matters. Chris provides legal advice and representation in family law, including matters involving domestic violence, as well as criminal law. His approach prioritises clear communication and tailored strategies to meet each client’s unique circumstances, helping them navigate often complex legal challenges with confidence.
