With over 25 years of experience, Glen's journey began in the Industrial Relations sector in 1986, enriching his expertise across various professional avenues including a Union Advocate role and as an academic. Since 1994, Glen has been dedicated to advising employers on all facets of Workplace Relations and Employment Law. His client roster spans significant private and public sector clients, including some of Australia's largest employers in diverse industries such as government, transport, construction, energy, retail, higher education, health, and more. Glen's leadership prowess is evident in his past roles, notably as Partner in Charge at Clayton Utz's Melbourne office and as Director at Bartlett Workplace. He has played a pivotal role in shaping organisational cultures and enhancing executive capabilities, having trained over 5,000 professionals in employment law and HR essentials.
