Brooke Castle embarked on her legal career in 2023, marking the beginning of her journey in the legal industry. She was admitted as a solicitor in April 2024, equipped with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Sunshine Coast and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law Australia. At present, Brooke is making her mark as a solicitor at Bathersby Legal, where she has been diligently representing clients for over two years. Her work focuses on construction, property, commercial, and civil matters, reflecting her commitment to delivering practical and effective legal solutions. Brooke's previous experience includes a valuable internship at Klein Legal, which laid the groundwork for her current role. Prior to her admission as a solicitor, Brooke gained significant experience as a legal secretary at Bathersby Legal, refining her skills and gaining a deeper understanding of the legal processes. Known for her active listening and empathetic approach, Brooke values establishing strong client relationships and ensuring their voices are heard throughout the legal process. Outside of her professional commitments, Brooke enjoys spending time with friends, relishing sunny days at the beach, and practising yoga for relaxation and balance. Her passion for nature suggests that if she had not pursued law, she might have found herself exploring the natural world as an animal ecologist or biologist.
