Nick Spanninga

Nick Spanninga is an accomplished director with a wealth of experience in the property and legal sectors, serving both residential and commercial clients. For over 25 years, Nick has honed his expertise in assisting property developers and builders, having led multiple local firms and conveyancing businesses. His comprehensive suite of conveyancing and property-related services extends throughout Melbourne, Geelong, the Surf Coast, Bellarine Peninsula, and across Victoria. Nick is adept at guiding land developers through projects ranging from greenfield land subdivisions to unit and apartment developments. He also takes pride in helping first-time property buyers navigate complex processes. As a director of a prominent regional law practice, Nick significantly expanded property services across regional and metropolitan Victoria during the 1990s and 2000s. In 2008, he founded his own client-focused property and conveyancing business, Bay City Conveyancing & Legal Pty Ltd. Nick serves as the legal practice director at Bay City Conveyancing & Legal Pty Ltd and as a non-executive director of Bay City Conveyancing Specialists Pty Ltd. This conveyancing-focused venture is led by Managing Director Toni Blackwell, a licensed conveyancer and Certified Practising Conveyancer, who is also Nick's long-time business associate.
