With a comprehensive background in various practice areas, Brendan has adeptly guided clients through the intricate Civil and Commercial Courts of South Australia. His proficiency extends to handling injury, insurance, and superannuation claims, as well as managing general commercial and business transactions. His career in commerce is marked by his tenure as a director for over 20 public companies, where he honed his skills in corporate governance, due diligence, and corporate finance. Brendan's commitment to the legal community is demonstrated through his 10-year participation as a board member of the Law Society of South Australia’s Litigation Assistance Fund. He has also held prestigious positions as past president of both the Australian Plaintiff Lawyers Association and the Australian Lawyers Alliance. His dedication to justice led him to represent the Law Society of South Australia in a Government enquiry on access to justice. A staunch advocate for equal pay for equal work, Brendan balances his professional pursuits with personal interests including reading, cooking, sports, and travelling.
