Richard Fleming serves as the Director and founder of Benelex, established in 2007. With over 25 years of wide-ranging experience in commercial law, Richard has developed a strong reputation for advising diverse clients, from ASX-listed companies to innovative startups. His expertise encompasses mergers and acquisitions for mid-cap and private companies, complex software projects for major financial institutions, and the intricate preparation and negotiation of technology licences and service agreements. Richard's proficiency extends to telecommunications agreements, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, and restructuring for multinational groups. His advisory services further include strategic procurement projects, customer loyalty programs, and comprehensive competition, consumer, and privacy law consultations. He is the Chair of the Ethics Committee at the Law Institute of Victoria and a board member of legalsuper, where he chairs the Investment Committee.
