Peter Benjafield

Peter Benjafield serves as the principal of Benjafield & Associates, a reputable law firm located in Chatswood since 1977. As a distinguished Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW, Peter has carved a notable presence in the field of law, underpinned by his accreditation as a Specialist in Business Law by the Law Society of NSW. He is also a Notary Public and an accredited mediator. Peter’s extensive involvement in the legal community includes his tenure as a Councillor of the Law Society of NSW and his presidency of the North Metropolitan Regional Law Society, cementing his reputation as a leader in his field. An alum of the University of Sydney with an LLB, Peter was admitted as a solicitor in 1966. His early legal career involved a formative stint in Nyngan that required rigorous research skills due to the locality's demanding environment. This was complemented by his participation in the Rotary Group Study Exchange, where he represented Australia in California, engaging with local businesses and educational institutions.
