Charlie also advises on a broad range of estate litigation matters including superannuation disputes. His work extends to cases involving elder abuse, particularly financial exploitation and medical neglect, where he pursues compensation claims and assists with the appointment of administrators and guardians. With over a decade of experience in commercial litigation, Charlie acts for a diverse clientele including businesses and individuals in disputes concerning contracts, corporate and partnership conflicts, mortgages, trade practices, and debt recovery. He also has a deep understanding of insolvency law, advising both private clients and insolvency practitioners on issues such as creditor-defeating transfers, preferential payments, bankrupt estates, and related litigation including public examinations.
