Milan Stupar, our Principal Solicitor, brings over 20 years of dedicated legal service, skillfully guiding clients through some of the most critical phases of their lives with unwavering integrity and a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes.
Currently serving as the Principal Solicitor at Bequest Law, Milan has spent the past 11 months leading the firm with distinction. His previous role as a Senior Associate Lawyer at Schembri McCluskys, spanning over four and a half years, allowed him to hone his expertise in a wide range of legal areas, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to client satisfaction.
Milan's career includes significant experience as an Associate at Patten Robins Lawyers for two years, where he further developed his legal acumen. Earlier in his career, he served as a Solicitor at K P Abbott & Co Solicitors, and as a Lawyer at Armstrong Ross Lawyers in Belgrave, Victoria, specialising in wills, estates, and property law. His tenure at Parke Lawyers also saw him handling complex matters in property, commercial, and wills and estates law.
Before his legal practice, Milan laid the foundation for his career as a Senior Paralegal at Allan McMonnies Barrister & Solicitor for over a decade.
Milan's academic credentials include a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England, and a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Conservation Biology from Monash University. His diverse educational background complements his comprehensive legal practice, enabling him to approach legal challenges with analytical precision and ecological consciousness.
