Bernadette Day serves as the principal of Bernadette Day Lawyer and holds the esteemed positions of a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia. Since founding her firm in 2007, Bernadette has been committed to delivering exceptional legal services in wills, estates, and business law throughout Adelaide and to international clients. Her extensive experience includes working with the Commonwealth government as a senior lawyer, where she provided expert advice on commercial and administrative law. Bernadette's practice encompasses a diverse range of legal areas, including commercial drafting and advisory, wills and estate management, refugee and migration litigation, and handling government regulatory and enforcement issues. She is also deeply engaged in administrative law matters.
