Jenny Wang

Jenny Wang is the Director of Berrigan Doube Lawyers, renowned for her extensive expertise in corporate law. With over a decade of experience, she provides strategic advice with a keen focus on mergers and acquisitions and contract negotiations. Jenny's impressive academic background includes a Juris Doctor from a leading law school, underscored by her unwavering dedication to clients and adeptness in navigating complex legal landscapes. Since 2008, Jenny has spearheaded both the Property and Construction Department and the Owners Corporation Services Department at Berrigan Doube Lawyers in Melbourne. Her client base is diverse, ranging from owners corporations to developers, and she is actively involved in assisting with transactions across Australia and internationally, facilitated by her fluency in English and Mandarin. In addition to her role at Berrigan Doube, she co-founded 123Conveyancing and the Contract Shop in 2012, with a presence in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.
