Marcia Jarvis

Marcia Jarvis is a distinguished Consultant Lawyer with a profound background in Wills and Estates law. Earning her law degree from the University of Western Australia, Marcia was admitted to practice in December 1997. Her legal career commenced in Perth, where she honed her skills with leading commercial law firms including Bowen Buchbinder Vilensky and Hotchkin Hanly. In 2004, Marcia broadened her expertise by managing the Client Legal Service team for State Trustees Limited in Victoria. Returning to Western Australia, she dedicated eight years as a Senior Lawyer at the Public Trustee, where she expertly handled complex civil litigation in the Supreme Court, particularly in Trust and Estate matters and Family Provision Act claims.
