Chloe Pagan

Chloe Pagan is a Solicitor Director who approaches her clients’ legal matters with both compassion and practicality. She frequently appears in the Local Court of NSW and the Magistrates Court of the ACT, providing comprehensive assistance across a broad spectrum of criminal law issues. Chloe advocates for clients in proceedings related to family violence and personal protection, as well as matters involving assault, driving offences, drug possession, and other criminal charges. In addition to her criminal law work, Chloe has experience in Family Law, handling matters such as drafting Binding Financial Agreements, preparing Consent Orders, facilitating mediations, and supporting clients through more complex parenting and property disputes. Her expertise also extends to Estate Planning, where she prepares testamentary documents attentively and represents client interests in probate matters with care. Outside of her professional commitments, Chloe enjoys spending time on horseback at events throughout the ACT and NSW regions.
