Rachel Bevan is a Licensed Conveyancer with more than 30 years of experience in property law. She completed her Licensed Conveyancer qualifications at Macquarie University and has the distinction of being the first Licensed Conveyancer in Queanbeyan. Rachel is also a Justice of the Peace. Her extensive experience encompasses a broad range of property matters, including residential and commercial buying and selling in both New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. Rachel is well versed in off-the-plan transactions across these jurisdictions. Additionally, she regularly handles rural property transactions, lease arrangements, property developments, and the buying and selling of businesses.
