Daniel Essey is the Principal and Co-Director at Bluecrest Legal, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in providing practical legal advice to both individuals and businesses. Admitted as a legal practitioner in New South Wales in 1999, Daniel's career began in mid-tier firms in Sydney. He later transitioned to Western Sydney, where he worked with smaller firms to better support individuals and SMEs. In 2008, he founded his own firm with the mission of delivering professional and accessible legal services to the Western Sydney community. Growing up in a successful family-owned business in the area, Daniel gained an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by small and medium enterprises, enhancing his legal practice with valuable commercial insights. Daniel's expertise spans a wide range of litigation matters, handling everything from complex disputes to small claims and debt recovery. He also advises on business structural and transactional issues, offering support to a diverse client base that includes sole traders and large industrial enterprises. His ability to provide practical and straightforward advice has earned him long-standing relationships with numerous corporate and individual clients, many of whom have relied on his guidance for over a decade. Outside of his legal practice, Daniel is a father of four and remains actively involved in community and sporting organisations in Western Sydney.
