His academic contributions include research on Artificial Intelligence and copyright in both Germany and Australia, as well as consumer protection law across Germany, Switzerland, and the United States. Admitted to practice at the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory, Fabian joined Boettcher Law in 2019. His practice areas encompass contract law, international trade, franchise law, and intellectual property, along with corporate governance and the creation of various commercial structures. He leverages his strategic acumen and global insights to offer specialised legal advice, ensuring clients receive comprehensive representation and guidance. Fabian's career journey has been marked by significant roles, including his tenure as CEO for Europcar in Singapore and as a research assistant for International Trade Law.
