Lachlan White

Lachlan White is the Principal Solicitor of Borthwick & Butler and the director of B & B Legal Pty Ltd. Originally from the Riverina region, specifically the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area, Lachlan began his legal career with a well-established law firm in Griffith, New South Wales, before relocating to the Northern Tablelands. Lachlan’s practice covers a wide range of areas including business and trusts law, leases, commercial law, general litigation, wills and estates—with experience in testamentary trusts, powers of attorney, enduring guardianships—complex rural property transfers, and all types of conveyancing. He values the opportunity to build strong relationships with his clients, often visiting their farms and businesses to gain a genuine understanding of their family circumstances and how these influence their legal decisions. Outside of the office, Lachlan enjoys spending time with his family, managing the lively energy of his toddler, George, and cherishing moments with his baby daughter, Myra.
