Judith Olsen, the principal solicitor at the firm, brings over 25 years of experience in family law and property law. Renowned for her adept handling of complex family, property, and children's matters, Judith is sought after for her depth of understanding and compassionate approach. Recognising the anxiety and uncertainty that accompany separation, parenting, and property disputes, she is committed to delivering clear and effective communication. Judith places a strong emphasis on exploring all avenues for resolution, including negotiation and mediation, before resorting to litigation. As an Accredited Specialist in Family Law, Judith also holds the distinction of being appointed by the Legal Aid Commission to represent children in parenting matters. Before her legal career, she was a dedicated high school teacher in Newcastle. Outside of her legal practice, Judith is a mother of three adult children and enjoys reading, music, live theatre, and staying active.
