Anna Molihan

Anna Molihan is a dedicated solicitor at Brady and Associates, known for her commitment to achieving the best outcomes for her clients. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney and was admitted to the New South Wales roll in 2021. Working closely with Principal Amanda Brady, Anna has honed her expertise in Criminal Advocacy, handling matters such as drink-driving offences, domestic violence cases, and general crime. While her proficiency in court representation stands out, Anna also extends her practice to Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianships. Prior to joining Brady and Associates, she served as an Associate in the Government Litigation team at Norton Rose Fulbright. Her cases covered serious allegations, including abuse, false imprisonment, and malicious prosecution. Previously, Anna refined her skills at Hall & Wilcox Lawyers in the CTP Practice Group, where she played a pivotal role in resolving a wide range of personal injury claims. Her experience includes handling disputes over injury severity, fraudulent accident claims, and catastrophic CTP incidents.
