Nicole Myler is the Director and Principal of a leading legal practice, renowned for her over 25 years of experience in property law across the Eastern States and the Northern Territory. An equity owner since 2023, she has developed significant expertise in estate planning, probate, and complex estate administration. Nicole's approachable and pragmatic style stems from her family background in business, where she embraced a hands-on approach. During her time in the Northern Territory, Nicole was heavily involved in residential and commercial property transactions, including family law property settlements and deceased estate transfers. Her role required meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of intricate property transfer issues. Previously, Nicole supported major commercial deals involving developers, shopping centres, pharmacies, and franchises. Her contributions earned her the REINT 2020 Conveyancer of the Year award for professional excellence. Nicole's practice, Platinum Conveyancing NT, collaborates closely with Bridge Legal, ensuring comprehensive legal support for conveyancing clients. Instrumental in the introduction of PEXA in Australia, she served on the boards of the Northern Territory and National Australian Institutes of Conveyancers from 2010 to 2021, advocating for continuous professional development among licensed conveyancers.
