His legal journey began upon graduation from Sydney University and the College of Law, joining Brydens Lawyers at the age of 23. Rising swiftly through the ranks, he became a Partner at 29 and assumed ownership of the firm in 2012. Throughout his 35-year career, Bandeli has remained devoted to providing justice and support for clients, finding professional and personal reward in his work. Notable career highlights include his early partnership and later ownership of Brydens Lawyers, which has allowed him to mentor numerous young legal professionals and engage in meaningful partnerships with charitable organisations. Bandeli's role as an Arbitrator for the NSW District Court and his participation in the NSW Injury Compensation Committee further showcase his dedication and influence within the legal sector. Recognised by peers as a leading figure in personal injury litigation, he proudly works alongside his daughters, Kyara and Andriana, who are also lawyers at the firm, with Gabriella on the path to join them. Outside his professional life, Bandeli is an enthusiastic supporter of the Wests Tigers and enjoys golfing and travelling, especially during his children's younger years.
