Paul Burns

Paul Burns is the Principal Solicitor at Burns & Tinney, a firm he co-founded in 1992. Paul began his legal career at Rennick & Gaynor in 1988 and gained valuable experience during a two-year tenure at Russell Kennedy. After co-establishing Burns & Tinney in Greensborough with Charles Tinney, he later returned to Rennick & Gaynor as a partner for 12 years before rejoining Burns & Tinney in 2015. With over 30 years of legal experience, Paul has developed a broad expertise in property law, business and commercial law, wills and estate planning, as well as litigation and court disputes. He is recognised by the Law Institute of Victoria as an accredited Property Law Practitioner, underscoring his extensive experience in this field. Paul is known for his approachable and empathetic manner, which has fostered strong, long-term relationships with his clients. He draws upon his extensive legal knowledge to guide clients through complex issues with clarity and confidence.
