Jacqui Spry

Jacqui Spry is a Partner with extensive experience in the legal arena, having been admitted to practice in 2006. Her approach is characterised by a balanced and empathetic mindset, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive and realistic guidance efficiently and cost-effectively. Jacqui's practice encompasses a wide array of Family Law areas, dealing with both consented and contested divorces, complex property settlements, and litigation. She is adept at handling enforcement applications and matters concerning parenting and children, including recovery, relocation, and contravention proceedings. In addition to her family law expertise, Jacqui provides counsel on Wills, Estates, and Probate matters, including preparing Deeds of Family Arrangements. Her dedication to the community is evident through her volunteer work at various Community Legal Centres, notably her advocacy for applicants at the Broadmeadows Magistrate's Court intervention order service. Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Law and is admitted to practice in both the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria. She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
