Teresa Calarco serves as the Director and Principal of Calarco Legal, where her extensive experience in property law is complemented by her commitment to delivering sound, relevant advice and agency services. Teresa holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Sydney and is an Accredited Specialist in Property Law. Having spent nine years living in Singapore, she has developed a keen cultural appreciation, which enhances her interactions with clients. In her current role at Calarco Legal, which she has held since February 2020, Teresa specialises in areas such as conveyancing, leasing, wills and estates, as well as probate and letters of administration. Prior to this, she was a solicitor at DC Balog & Associates, where she spent nearly six years focusing on property and commercial law. Her career began as a paralegal at Carroll & O'Dea Lawyers and Coutts Lawyers and Conveyancers, where she gained foundational experience in various legal disciplines, including personal injury and non-profit law.
