Tim Campbell

Tim Campbell is the principal of the practice he established in 2009. He has a strong track record in Indigenous legal matters, most notably securing Native Title recognition for the Kaurna people over the Adelaide region in March 2018. Tim represents clients across a variety of courts, including the Federal Court, the ERD Court, the Supreme Court of South Australia, the District Court, SACAT, and the Magistrates’ Court. He is committed to achieving effective resolutions and often seeks to resolve commercial disputes and claims through negotiation and settlement, aiming to avoid the expense and time associated with litigation.
