Ryan Kim

Ryan Kim, Principal Lawyer and Notary Public, was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in February 2006. With a robust practice encompassing property, commercial, and employment law, Ryan provides comprehensive legal services to both individual and corporate clients. His advisory capabilities extend across a spectrum of commercial and property transactions, including business sales and purchases, commercial and residential property dealings, commercial leasing, as well as loan and security transactions. Ryan also navigates intricate processes related to share sales, franchise arrangements, and joint ventures. Educated with a Bachelor of Laws from Seoul National University and the University of Sydney, Ryan further enhanced his expertise with a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney. His qualifications include admission to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
