Emilia Cardillo is the Principal Lawyer and Founder of Cardillo Commercial Lawyers, bringing over 13 years of experience working with small business owners. Throughout her career in boutique and national law firms, Emilia has developed a strong understanding of the legal needs and expectations of small businesses. In 2019, she was recognised as an Accredited Specialist in Business Law, becoming Newcastle’s first female lawyer to hold this accreditation. Emilia established Cardillo Commercial Lawyers with a focus on providing practical, accessible legal support tailored to help small businesses grow. She is committed to creating a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable asking questions and receiving clear, straightforward advice without the stress of unexpected legal fees.
