Peter Ponti

Peter Ponti was admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland in August 1974 following the completion of his Articles in Townsville. He joined Carswell & Company Solicitors in October 1977 and became a partner less than a year later, in May 1978. In 1986, Peter was appointed as a Notary Public, a position he uniquely holds in the local area. With over four decades of legal practice, Peter has extensive experience across personal injury law, family law, and estate administration. His client base is diverse, including individuals, property developers, business owners, and franchisees, reflecting a broad scope of legal expertise. Outside of his professional commitments, Peter enjoys gardening and values time with his family. He is married and has three adult children and five grandchildren.
