Jack Miller

Jack joined Carter Ferguson in November 2022, bringing a strong connection to the Shoalhaven community as a South Coast local. A graduate of Wollongong University, Jack has extensive experience advising and representing clients across property and business-related matters, including conveyancing, leasing, property disputes, and business transactions. He is also completing a Master of Laws (Applied Law), with a focus on Business Law and Transactions and Property Law, further enhancing his expertise in these areas. Jack additionally advises clients on estate planning and draws on a background in commercial litigation and representation in courts and tribunals such as NCAT and the Fair Work Commission. Beyond his legal practice, Jack is active in the local community, having served as Vice-President of the Shoalcoast Community Legal Centre and volunteering on various local committees and boards. Outside work, he enjoys sports, playing football, golfing, and spending time with his young family at Shoalhaven’s stunning beaches.
