Kylie is a seasoned legal professional with deep ties to the Kiama region, where she began her impressive career in the legal industry back in 1989 with Kearns & Garside, Solicitors. Over the years, she has developed a comprehensive expertise across various legal domains, with a primary focus on conveyancing and property-related matters. After completing her Conveyancing studies at Macquarie University in 2010, Kylie became a Licensed Conveyancer in 2011. Her role as a Justice of the Peace further exemplifies her dedication to providing trustworthy and reliable service. Kylie is recognised for her client-centric approach, offering clear communication and plain English advice to ensure that property transactions are as stress-free as possible for her clients. After eight enriching years with several law firms in the Shoalhaven area, she is thrilled to return to her hometown, applying her extensive knowledge and skills with the Carter Ferguson team. Outside of her professional commitments, Kylie enjoys spending quality time with her children and family and is a passionate hiker, keen on exploring the great outdoors.
