Steve Warwick

Steve began his legal career in Sydney, where he became a partner at Heidtman & Co, focusing on banking and finance law for major banks and securitised lenders. After relocating to Kiama in 1998, he continued to build his expertise in property law, joining Kearns & Garside in 2000. His practice encompasses residential, commercial, and rural conveyancing, mortgages, leasing, and retirement village advice. Steve particularly enjoys managing subdivision projects of varying scales, providing practical and client-focused advice tailored to achieve efficient outcomes. An active member of the Kiama and Shellharbour communities, Steve has contributed as a Cub Scout Leader, sports coach, and theatre enthusiast, having completed a Diploma in Theatre Performance at Sydney Theatre School. He is also a former board member of the Kiama & District Business Chamber. Outside of work, Steve enjoys cricket, touch football, golf, and his involvement with the Kiama Rugby Blowhards Club.
