Jonathan Lindh

Jonathan Lindh is a highly experienced Australian lawyer with over 15 years of legal and company secretarial expertise. Jonathan specialises in advising on complex transactions for ASX-listed companies and private investors. His recent work has involved guiding an ASX mining company on international offtake and supply agreements, facilitating an IPO for an unlisted copper explorer, and managing share placements and rights issues for various corporations.
