Shan Chen serves as the Principal Solicitor and Director at Chen Shan Lawyers, bringing extensive expertise across various legal domains. Her practice spans commercial and corporate advising, litigation, family law, civil litigation, migration law, criminal law, and appeals. With rich international experience, particularly in the Asia Pacific, Shan has managed a multitude of successful cases across all jurisdictions, from the Local Court to the Supreme Court in different states.
