Melanie Lethbridge

Melanie began her academic journey at the University of Canberra, where she completed a Bachelor of Communications in 2001. Fuelled by a burgeoning interest in the legal realm, she concurrently pursued a Bachelor of Laws on a part-time basis. During this time, she honed her understanding of legal processes through valuable roles at the Australian Law Reform Commission and the Crown Solicitor’s Office in New South Wales. In 2013, she was admitted to practice law, propelling her career forward at Chinka (HEP) Steel, where she demonstrated her adeptness in a variety of legal disciplines until 2015. Melanie then devoted her time to raising her family, a role she embraced wholeheartedly. Now returned to the legal field, Melanie is invigorated by the diverse opportunities that arise in our dynamic office. Her approach to law is both comprehensive and empathetic, ensuring that each matter is handled with meticulous care and attention. Outside of her professional life, Melanie is a passionate reader and has a creative interest in roller-skating. She also enjoys the vibrancy of musicals and the excitement of sports, interests that reflect her dynamic and engaging personality.
